About the Role
RoShay Services is looking for a driven Software Engineer holding a Sitecore Developer Certification to enhance our team. This position involves designing, implementing, testing, and delivering sophisticated, enterprise-level Content Management Systems (CMS), leveraging up-to-date software technologies and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams including UX designers, project managers, strategists, and analysts to build user-centric experiences.
- Construct and sustain CMS platforms, specifically focusing on Sitecore technologies.
- Develop frontend interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular frameworks.
- Operate within version-controlled environments using tools such as GitHub and GitLab.
- Adhere to software engineering best practices and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Professional experience in software engineering.
- Certified Sitecore Developer.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong inquisitiveness and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Preferably experienced in client-facing roles and able to work well within team settings.
Work Environment
The role accommodates flexible working arrangements including fully remote, hybrid, or onsite in Virginia, Tennessee, or North Carolina, with all necessary tools for remote work provided.
