Job Overview

The Retail Associate role is pivotal in achieving store sales and profit goals by fostering consumer loyalty towards the adidas brand and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Understand and take responsibility for store sales, KPI targets, and personal performance goals, utilizing all store resources to surpass these objectives.
• Deliver Brand Customer Service standards consistently to fulfill or go beyond customer expectations.
• Exemplify the Brand Attitude and Values as a committed Brand Ambassador.
• Leverage up-to-date seasonal brand and product knowledge during customer engagements to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Clearly articulate product attributes, benefits, and unique selling points to align with customer needs and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Follow all company policies and procedures meticulously.
• Maintain and implement Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication guidelines professionally.
• Efficiently process incoming merchandise and replenish displays to ensure full product visibility on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and promptly.
• Reduce losses both in the stockroom and on the sales floor through vigilant practices.
• Conduct store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently at all times.
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with team members.
• Participate in all assigned training programs and apply acquired skills on the job.
• Proactively seek coaching and development opportunities for continuous performance improvement.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Proven competencies relevant to retail professional roles.
• Minimum education level: High school diploma.
• Preferably possesses at least six months of experience working in a sports or fashion-focused retail environment emphasizing customer service and commercial success.
• Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication.
