We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join Motiwala Perfumes in Surat, Gujarat. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their requirements, answering queries, and recommending suitable products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Handle order placements, process payments through cash or card efficiently, and manage all transactions accurately.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building relationships, promoting products, and encouraging additional purchases.
- Keep an eye on inventory levels, replenish stock promptly, and maintain a tidy and orderly sales area.
- Assist in reaching both personal and team sales goals through focused selling efforts.

Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 15500 to 20500 INR.
