- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads from various sources including website inquiries, free trials, webinars, and industry events like national and state conferences.
- Conduct focused discovery calls to evaluate fit and identify pain points before passing qualified opportunities to Senior Sales Directors.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Directors on researching priority districts, identifying key contacts, and implementing coordinated outreach to accelerate deal progress.

- Provide feedback from the field to Sales and Marketing teams to sharpen Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, outreach strategies, and funnel conversion performance.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to skillfully manage both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience engaging with complex organizational structures such as school districts or healthcare systems involving multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms, especially Apollo.io and Salesforce.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $30 to $45, commensurate with experience.
