Sales Manager

Position Overview

We seek an experienced Sales Manager passionate about the signage and large format printing sectors to enhance business growth by fostering strong partnerships with print service providers, signage firms, brand owners, and related industry stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Initiate and secure new business leads to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and nurture client relationships across Signage, Large Format Printing, Branding, and Visual Communication domains.
• Identify and engage potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators for industry-related events.
• Lead client interactions including meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and event teams to optimize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide consistent sales reports.
• Act as company representative at exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking functions.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 3 to 8 years of sales experience within Signage, Large Format Printing, Digital Printing, Visual Graphics, or similar sectors.
• Has an established network in the printing and signage industries.
• Demonstrates strong skills in communication, presenting, and negotiation.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Available to travel for client visits and industry engagements.

Compensation

Monthly salary range: 35000 to 45000 INR.
