Overview
Lorba Global Enterprises LLP is seeking a Sales Manager with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and distribution, particularly within Hyderabad and Telangana markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively manage distributor relations and sales teams.
Key Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 30 and 40 years preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in generic pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical markets in Hyderabad and Telangana.
- Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, and negotiation.
- Experience in developing and managing distributor networks.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Core Responsibilities
- Appointment and development of stockists throughout Hyderabad and Telangana.
- Providing guidance and motivation to the sales supervisory team.
- Driving primary sales and meeting monthly sales objectives.
- Overseeing sales collections and preparing periodic performance reports.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to broaden market reach.
