About the Role
Join IND Global Realty as a Sales Operations Executive in Dubai, where your analytical mindset and attention to detail will help transform sales data into actionable business insights. This role involves managing sales reporting, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring data accuracy for the sales team in a dynamic real estate environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales management information system (MIS) reports.
- Design and update sales dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of sales data to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate various sales processes to uphold operational efficiency.
- Provide essential reporting, documentation, and operational support to the sales team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient hands-on experience with Google Sheets.
- Expertise in advanced spreadsheet functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, IF, and SUMIFS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail for managing and reconciling data.
- Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
