Overview
The Sales Supervisor role encompasses leading the sales team, managing operations, and ensuring targeted sales goals are met effectively. This position involves overseeing high-value client relations and promoting excellence within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the private sales team's daily activities in line with sales goals.
- Track and assess both individual and team sales achievements versus established KPIs and targets.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to improve team productivity and sales skills.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with valuable clients to sustain business growth.
- Supervise intricate sales dealings while ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
- Lead commercial negotiations and aid the team in finalizing important deals.
- Utilize sales metrics, CRM data, and pipeline analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify gaps in performance and execute corrective measures.
- Address and resolve client escalations efficiently.
- Work jointly with the Sales Manager to implement strategies for revenue enhancement.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Hold relevant certifications in sales management, negotiation, or real estate transactions.
