Scrum Master

About the Role

This position as a Scrum Master involves supporting enterprise-level technology projects within the product engineering, cloud, data, AI, security, and delivery domains of Willsmarg Technologies LLC. The candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating agile processes and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions aligned with the Delivery function.
• Work collaboratively with teams across product management, engineering, quality assurance, cloud, security, and delivery to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Create well-structured, secure, maintainable, and scalable implementation documentation and artifacts.
• Participate actively in design reviews, sprint planning sessions, resolving issues, documenting processes, and preparing for releases.
• Drive continuous improvements in engineering standards, delivery quality, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Between 5 and 7 years of experience in enterprise technology settings.
• Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Practical experience with relevant tools, platforms, or technologies related to the role.
• Comfortable operating in structured delivery environments with an emphasis on accountability and quality.
• Familiarity with enterprise application deployment, cloud infrastructure, data management, quality assurance, security, or support operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise product platforms, software-as-a-service (SaaS) systems, or large-scale business software applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows, cloud-native systems, governance, or compliance procedures.
• Capable of collaborating effectively across distributed delivery teams located in the USA and India.
• Demonstrates strong ownership with focus on quality, schedule adherence, stakeholder communication, and comprehensive documentation.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology, or closely related fields is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Relevant technology certifications are advantageous.
• Certifications related to cloud technologies, Agile frameworks, or platform technologies will be an added benefit.

Role Details

• Location: New Jersey, United States.
• Work Model: Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote).
• Work Authorization: Open to US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B visa holders.
• Salary Expectation: $98,000 to $116,000 annually.
• Relocation assistance may be offered depending on the position and project demands.
• Primary Project Type: Enterprise delivery and program governance.
