Scrum Master

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to become part of a client team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate should possess a solid Agile background, especially in supporting eCommerce, web, and mobile application projects. This position involves managing multiple Agile teams, ensuring seamless project delivery, and fostering Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams on Scrum methodologies.
• Identify and remove blockers to enable timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Assist multiple Scrum teams as needed, ensuring cross-project support and coverage.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and overall delivery performance metrics.
• Manage Agile tasks and workflows using Jira software.
• Encourage continuous process improvement and enhance Agile maturity across teams.
• Support digital customer-facing solutions including websites and mobile apps.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting eCommerce or customer-facing web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to oversee multiple Agile teams and adapt rapidly to shifting priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience working with Jira and generating Agile reports.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the Cruise industry is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Jira Automation is considered a strong benefit.
• Possession of Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent is preferred.

Interview Process

• Second round: Client interview.
