Role Overview

Join Rameshwar Infra Creation LLP as a Security Officer responsible for overseeing the security operations across project sites and the corporate office in Kasindra, Ahmedabad. This role demands vigilance and leadership to maintain a safe environment around the clock.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead security personnel stationed at various project locations and company premises.
• Maintain continuous security coverage 24/7 at all assigned areas.
• Conduct frequent inspections and patrols to assess security conditions.
• Manage security staff attendance, appearance, and discipline standards.
• Create and oversee duty rosters and shift schedules for security teams.
• Control entry and exit protocols for employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Verify visitor credentials and issue passes accordingly.
• Implement gate passes strictly for materials movement to avoid unauthorized access.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security devices to detect suspicious activities and ensure they remain operational.
• React immediately to emergencies like fires, accidents, medical issues, or security threats, collaborating with police, fire services, and other emergency responders as needed.
• Organize safety drills and ensure preparedness for emergencies.
• Work closely with Administrative, Human Resources, Project Management, Store Departments, and contractors to uphold security policies and site safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of experience managing security operations.
• At least 2 to 3 years serving as a Security Officer in sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial environments.
