DecisivEdge, LLC is seeking a skilled and adaptable Senior .NET Developer to join our technical delivery team based in Magarpatta City, Pune, Maharashtra. The Senior .NET Developer will play a vital role in designing, developing, and sustaining high-quality software tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable software applications utilizing .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
- Design and implement secure and efficient database structures, particularly with MongoDB, SQL Server, or other relational databases, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and key stakeholders to translate requirements into feasible technical solutions.
- Lead and be actively involved in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers to foster their growth and development.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote continual process improvement to guarantee high-quality outputs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain robust system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on advancements in software development technologies and contribute to internal best practice enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Between 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated expertise in .NET Full Stack development.
- Strong command of .NET frameworks: C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Extensive experience in database design and optimization, particularly with MongoDB and other relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies emphasizing collaboration and iterative delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps/CI-CD practices is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex challenges.
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, proven leadership in project guidance and mentoring.
