About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee the comprehensive deployment of the DARB Digital Platform located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position demands hands-on leadership throughout the entire project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Responsibilities

Direct planning, execution, tracking, and completion of the project activities
Develop and maintain the governance framework guiding the project
Engage and manage communication with executive stakeholders and steering committees
Control project timelines, budget allocations, risk registers, RAID logs, and change management processes
Facilitate coordination among business units, customers, technical staff, and external vendors
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality standards, and cybersecurity policies
Supervise Hypercare phase and ensure smooth transition to support teams
Deliver consistent progress reports to executives and governance groups

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or ITIL are advantageous

Desired Technical Background

Experience with enterprise-scale digital platforms, API integrations, microservices architecture, cloud technologies
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security protocols
