Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join the Vaccination Programme Wales team and spearhead diverse transformation projects enhancing vaccination delivery across Wales. This role supports the implementation of innovative service developments and various improvement initiatives aimed at better meeting the healthcare needs of the Welsh population.

A hybrid work model is available, requiring presence at the Bocam Park office two days weekly.

Role Purpose and Collaboration

The successful candidate will champion innovation and adopt leading practices to drive service changes aligned with national priorities. This involves close collaboration with the Director of Vaccine Delivery, the broader Vaccination Programme Wales team, Public Health Wales, Digital Health Care Wales, the Welsh Government, and other stakeholders to coordinate, design, and deploy programs that enhance vaccination services.
