Role Overview
The Senior Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring workflows progress efficiently and adhere to planned schedules. This includes collaborating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise everyday construction tasks and onsite activities.
- Work in coordination with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Track project milestones to guarantee timely completion of deliverables.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
- Communicate project status updates to higher management levels.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or allied disciplines.
- Have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or real estate supervision roles.
- Demonstrate strong communication capabilities and leadership aptitude.
Compensation
Salary ranges between 35000 to 70000 INR per month based on experience and qualifications.
