• Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
• Keep customers updated on service status and secure approval for any additional repair work.
• Return vehicles to customers, thoroughly explaining the services rendered and the invoice.
• Encourage customers to adopt preventive maintenance, purchase accessories, and consider value-added service options.
• Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain precise service documentation and customer information records.
