Role Overview

As a Shift Supervisor, you will take ownership of your shift, leading your team to achieve excellent standards in food quality, service speed, and customer satisfaction. You'll support management in meeting performance objectives and fostering a motivated, fun, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your shift to uphold Popeyes' high-quality food standards, fast service, and superior guest experiences.
• Assist management in driving results and achieving operational goals.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to align and energise the team.
• Act as a positive role model by demonstrating high standards and hands-on leadership.
• Create an engaging and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
• Coach and develop your team members to nurture future leaders.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP), health & safety, and company policies.
• Manage shift performance metrics including labour efficiency, workflow, and service quality.
• Maintain high energy, smooth service flow, and a vibrant workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in supervisory roles such as Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager within a fast-paced environment, preferably quick service restaurants or fast casual dining.
• A proactive, hands-on leader who supports and guides their team actively.
• Strong passion for developing people and understanding that team success drives results.
• Confident in enforcing standards and compliance related to food safety and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to motivate and engage a team.
• Capability to remain calm, structured, and focused amidst busy and dynamic work settings.
