Solution Architect - ICT

About the Role

FAMA Technologies seeks an experienced Solution Architect for its ICT division located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position demands a strong background in pre-sales activities, with minimum five years' hands-on experience working with Cisco and Fortinet technologies. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networking, and security, capable of crafting bespoke technical solutions that support business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including client need assessment and contract negotiations.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations to clients.
• Lead pre-sales engagements involving requirement gathering, solution construction, and technical presentations.
• Produce persuasive technical proposals, responses to RFPs, and demonstrations.
• Architect holistic ICT solutions encompassing networking, security, cloud, and infrastructural elements.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, secure technical plans.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
• Provide expert consulting on Cisco and Fortinet product lines, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Support proof-of-concept implementations and technical client evaluations.
• Work alongside internal units and external vendors to guarantee smooth project rollouts.
• Keep abreast of emerging developments in ICT, cybersecurity, and networking.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in ICT solution design, pre-sales, and technical consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet solutions with relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE levels 4 to 7 preferred.
• Practical expertise in networking, firewall management, SD-WAN, security, and cloud technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Capability to translate complex organizational needs into effective technical architectures.
• Understanding of industry security standards and compliance regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Preferably experienced with enterprise ICT ecosystems, cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, RFP support, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of AI-driven automation and networking technologies is advantageous.
• Must hold a valid work permit or transferable Iqama for Saudi Arabia.
• Additional skills in multilingual content creation and Arabic language proficiency are beneficial.
