Job Overview

This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation within airport lounge kitchen and back-of-house areas in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and ensure all crockery, cutlery, and utensils are spotless.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen spaces, storage, and workstations.
• Properly segregate and dispose of waste following hygiene and safety regulations.
• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Assist in keeping kitchen operations smooth by organizing and cleaning work areas.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene rules applicable in Saudi Arabia.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by senior staff or supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Diploma or vocational certification in Hospitality or Stewarding is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
• Must hold a valid health certificate per Saudi regulations.
• Willingness to work shifts as required.
• Work location is at the airport within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
