About the Role
We seek a seasoned Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the sales workforce, and guarantee superior customer interactions. This role requires at least three years of experience in retail or store management, emphasizing leadership, sales tactics, and effective team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth and efficient store operation.
- Design and execute sales plans aimed at meeting revenue goals.
- Inspire, guide, and manage the store team to provide outstanding customer service.
- Create, enforce, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track inventory and organize timely restocking.
- Engage with customers to provide consultations and recommend suitable products.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with various internal departments for seamless store functionality.
- Generate sales and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma-level education with at least 3 years retail or store management experience.
- Basic proficiency in English language.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, SOP compliance, team leadership, coordination, personal care sales, customer consultation, inventory oversight, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
Industry Preferences
Experience in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Media, Advertising, PR & Marketing, Media, Film & Entertainment, Professional Services & Consulting, Textile, Handicraft & Fashion, Consumer Goods & Retail, Emerging Technologies, or Gold, Gems, Watches, Jewellery & Accessories is advantageous.
Work Conditions and Compensation
Work occurs during day shifts on a full-time basis.
Monthly compensation ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000, including a fixed salary of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 plus up to ₹5,000 in performance incentives.
