Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cosmetics and be equally skilled in people management and business acumen. Adaptability is essential to shift between coaching and active floor involvement during peak times. Evening and weekend availability aligned with store hours is required.
