Role Overview

We seek a skilled Store Planner to join our Singapore team, managing work order planning and coordination to support seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan work orders within 24 hours of production requests.
• Handle work order management including sequence adjustments.
• Verify accuracy and completion of work order system transactions.
• Prioritize distribution of work orders to the store.
• Monitor work order pick status from the store.
• Conduct daily checks on shortages and non-conforming material replacements, ensuring timely replenishment from store.
• Collaborate closely with material and production teams.
• Coordinate with the receiving team to expedite urgent parts as flagged in the urgent tracker (hot parts).
• Ensure rapid delivery of urgent items to production post quality control approval.
• Collaborate with shipping for sell-back parts management.
• Work with IT to resolve work order related system issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with third-party warehouse (3PL) providers.
• Manage special or ad hoc delivery arrangements.
• Monitor weekly work order forecasts and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Participate in quarterly capacity discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum degree in Logistics or related field.
• Preferably two years of similar experience, ideally in manufacturing; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is desirable.
• Capable of working within a warehouse environment and liaising across multiple departments.
