Job Scope

The Supervisor in Operations will oversee the physical inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring superior service delivery in compliance with customer service level agreements and established network protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize shift schedules and staffing to satisfy operational needs.
• Manage the efficient receipt, inspection, and recovery process of incoming stock.
• Supervise sorting and loading procedures for inbound shipments to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Evaluate performance of ground handling and warehouse service providers to ensure standards.
• Enforce compliance with customer standard operating procedures and meet defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Champion safe working environments and engage in quality assurance efforts.
• Cultivate a high-performance service-oriented culture within the team.
• Track individual team member performance and manage resource distribution effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing operations.
• Minimum 1 year experience working within a Service Provider Logistics (SPL) setup.
• At least 3 years working in a cross-functional or matrix organizational structure.
• Educational qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

• Strong capabilities in documentation, including screening, filing, and retrieval.

Additional Information

The position is based in Bhaproda, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. Candidates must be prepared to travel to or relocate to this location.
