Supervisor/Incharge - Welding Operations

Role Overview

The Supervisor/Incharge will oversee and manage all welding activities on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards within the worksite located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily welding tasks and operations.
• Allocate assignments to welders while tracking their performance and output.
• Verify that welding work aligns precisely with engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Maintain stringent quality control through thorough inspection of completed welding jobs.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.
• Organize manpower, supply materials, and oversee equipment needs for smooth operations.
• Communicate daily progress and updates to management effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges encountered at the job site.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range between 20000 and 40000 Indian Rupees.
