Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Tamer Services Company, in partnership with a leading health transformation project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This role focuses on leading strategic supply chain transformation initiatives rather than traditional operational tasks. The successful candidate will spearhead significant projects, engage with senior leadership, and improve supply chain performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning and implementation phases.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes in the supply chain.
• Identify and drive process improvements and business development opportunities.
• Engage and influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Simultaneously manage multiple strategic initiatives ensuring they are delivered on time with measurable results.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management.
• Substantial experience working within the Saudi Arabian private sector, which is mandatory.
• Proven success in leading large-scale supply chain transformation and strategic projects.
• Strong leadership skills managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking, commercial insight, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to influence senior and executive leadership.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
