About the Role

Louis Vuitton is inviting enthusiastic and client-focused individuals to join their Vancouver team as Team Managers. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of both team and business outcomes, ensuring success by leveraging a commercial understanding of luxury goods and insight into the local market, ideally built through retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop team performance and growth through tailored coaching and training initiatives.
• Drive client engagement and facilitate business expansion.
• Lead sales efforts and manage the store floor effectively.
• Ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will inspire their teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, using personalized coaching techniques and developing action plans focused on improving business results. This includes enhancing product performance via visual merchandising, client relationship management, comprehensive training, and motivating team activities.

Additional Information

The selected candidate will receive a base salary between 95000 to 105000 CAD annually, along with eligibility to participate in the Retail Bonus program.
