Role overview
This position is for a kitchen and team support member in a restaurant and cloud kitchen environment. The job focuses on maintaining cleanliness, helping with food preparation, and supporting timely order packing and dispatch.
Work scope
- Keep the kitchen, utensils, equipment, cooking space, dustbins, and storage area clean.
- Maintain neat, orderly, and hygienic workstations throughout the shift.
- Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as needed for production.
- Support handling of dry and fresh stock.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks such as frying, grilling, and baking.
- Follow standard operating procedures for recipes and food preparation.
- Pack orders carefully with the correct branding and presentation.
- Verify order accuracy before items are dispatched.
Eligibility and qualification
Candidates should have completed at least 10th standard. Basic English reading ability is needed so labels can be read correctly. The role is suitable for applicants with 0 to 1 year of experience.
