Team Member - Wireless & Wireline Project Implementation

Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting the daily execution of project operations for wireless and wireline implementations. It is a hands-on operational role that may require guidance from senior team members to help ensure strong delivery quality.

Experience & Qualifications

A graduate degree or an equivalent qualification is expected, along with 0.6 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates with graduation plus 0.6-3 years of experience are suitable for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves contributing actively to important projects as a core team member and helping coordinate on-ground execution.

• Take part in major project activities as a reliable and engaged member of the implementation team.
• Support the team during site visits and field coordination activities.
• Help prepare sites so resources and infrastructure are ready for ramp-up.
• Make sure installation-related tasks are completed within the agreed SLA and KPI timelines.
• Escalate issues promptly when project delivery is at risk and support resolution efforts.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
