Role Overview

Our client seeks a skilled Engineering Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting efforts for engineering roles across several locations in the United States. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring engineers in diverse disciplines while fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and delivering an excellent candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial intake to offer finalization and acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, staffing plans, and position specifics.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified engineering candidates.
• Identify, screen, and assess candidates for roles in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science fields.
• Evaluate resumes and assess candidates' technical proficiency, experience, and qualifications.
• Prepare candidates by informing them about the company culture, job role, and recruitment procedures.
• Extend formal employment offers consistent with organizational policies and input from hiring managers.
• Maintain precise records of candidates and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, company standards, and hiring protocols.
• Keep informed on current recruiting trends, sourcing methods, and market conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least four years of relevant recruiting practice.
• Demonstrable expertise recruiting engineering roles in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science sectors.
• Comprehensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Background supporting national recruitment initiatives across multiple locations.
• Capability to handle high-volume recruiting tasks while maintaining quality and detail orientation.
• Proven track record working closely with hiring managers to develop effective staffing strategies.
• Ability to function independently within a distributed remote team environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and maintenance of recruiting records ready for audits.
• Strong skills in online sourcing and internet-based recruiting techniques.
• Professionalism in handling confidential information and communications.
• Adaptability and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic workplace.
