About the Role

Aux Talent is collaborating with a rapidly expanding AI firm based in New York City to hire a Technical Recruiter specializing in engineering roles. This position goes beyond traditional recruitment duties, involving strategic partnership with engineering leadership to drive talent acquisition for sophisticated technical positions. The role includes shaping hiring strategies, enhancing recruiting operations, and supporting the engineering team during significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and other technical roles from initiation to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate intimately with engineering leaders to pinpoint hiring requirements, develop tailored search plans, and cultivate high-quality talent pipelines.
• Actively source outstanding technical candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Handle multiple simultaneous recruitment campaigns across diverse engineering specialties while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Oversee candidate correspondence, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and secure offer acceptances.
• Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers, serving as their strategic recruitment advisor throughout hiring cycles.
• Supervise external recruitment agencies to guarantee quality, effectiveness, and alignment with hiring objectives.
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics to continuously enhance hiring procedures and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and scaling of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team as the organization expands.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience managing full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments.
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and other technical personnel across various disciplines.
• Proficient sourcing abilities, with a track record of engaging passive candidates effectively.
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering teams, technical competencies, and best hiring practices.
• Experience collaborating directly with technical hiring managers and influencing staffing decisions.
• Capability to juggle numerous recruitment assignments with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement talents.
• Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic and fast-evolving work environment.
• A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, cutting-edge technologies, and assembling outstanding teams is highly desirable.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site from Monday to Friday.
• Work Location: New York City, fully onsite.
• Compensation Package: Base salary range $140,000 to $200,000 annually, dependent on experience, with additional bonus and meaningful equity opportunities.
