Role Overview
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Specialists and Customer Success professionals to coordinate resources effectively and create a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and scheduling activities related to HIMS software deployment logistics.
- Support training sessions by helping introduce client staff to system workflows during orientations.
- Help customers complete necessary implementation documentation and perform basic system configurations.
- Contribute to the technical IT setup process and develop knowledge of essential healthcare compliance standards.
- Communicate fluently in at least three of the following languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
Educational and Skill Requirements
- A recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and sound organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management systems and a keen interest to master HIMS/EHR platforms.
