Overview
We are seeking a Technician specialized in Construction Civil Engineering to work on building projects, managing the process from initial design through final delivery. The professional will ensure quality standards, safety measures, and timely execution of tasks in collaboration with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
Work Schedule and Benefits
Employment is under the CLT contract with working hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The role requires availability for home-office work. Benefits include Meal or Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance, and a Career Growth Plan.
Responsibilities
- Create and detail architectural residential projects (houses), progressing from preliminary studies to executive projects.
- Produce technical drawings including floor plans, sections, facades, ceiling, flooring, roof layouts, and other necessary technical details for project execution.
- Design and detail technical room projects ensuring standardization, functionality, and compliance with client specifications.
- Coordinate architectural projects with complementary engineering disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing), detecting and resolving any conflicts.
- Update and revise technical drawings based on feedback from the architecture team or client requests.
- Organize and maintain an updated project technical archive, including digital files, revisions, and versions.
- Provide technical support to architects during project development and assist with site supervision when required.
Requirements
- Completed Technical Course in Construction, Civil Drawing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in developing and detailing residential architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Familiarity with coordination of complementary engineering projects, including structural, electrical, and sanitary installations.
- Knowledge of technical standards for graphical representation, particularly NBR 6492 and related standards.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
