Job Overview

Jaguar Media and Entertainments LLP is seeking energetic and self-assured Telecallers to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for freshers aiming to establish their career in sectors such as Media, Advertising, PR & Marketing, or BPO/BPM. The position involves conducting outbound calls, responding to customer queries, generating and qualifying leads, and promoting company products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Clearly explain product offerings and resolve customer questions.
• Generate leads and qualify them effectively via telecalling.
• Conduct follow-ups to convert prospects into sales.
• Keep accurate records of customer communications and outcomes.
• Meet assigned daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
• Open to freshers; no prior experience needed.
• Intermediate level proficiency in English required.
• Preference given to candidates interested in Media, Advertising, PR & Marketing, or BPO/BPM industries.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience or aptitude in telecalling and customer handling.
• Ability to generate leads and negotiate sales effectively.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Basic computer literacy.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position with day shift hours.
• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000.
• Additional performance incentives up to ₹5,000 monthly.
