Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and current customers. They must effectively manage incoming inquiries and successfully convert these leads into appointments or sales. Clear explanation of products such as pressure booster pumps, water softeners, and heat pumps is essential. The person will also follow up on leads generated via advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns. Maintaining and updating customer information in databases (CRM and Excel) is required, along with coordinating with sales and service teams to arrange site visits and complete sales closures. Building and sustaining strong customer relationships is a fundamental part of the role.
Requirements
- Experience ranging from no prior exposure up to 3 years in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
- Proficient communication skills in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with computer tools such as Excel and CRM platforms.
- A confident and persuasive demeanor with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Capability to manage objections competently and close conversations effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background experience in real estate, home improvement, or technical product sectors.
- Understanding of the process for handling leads and converting them into sales.
- Strong skills in follow-up and negotiation to ensure lead closure.
