Job Overview

Join Vocal Connect as a Telecaller based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves reaching out to property owners, builders, and brokers to confirm property details and availability, ensuring information is accurately maintained in our system.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact property owners, builders, and brokers to validate property data including location, size, price, and current status.
• Accurately collect and enter property information into company databases.
• Follow up on potential leads and maintain ongoing communication with relevant contacts.
• Address incoming inquiries from brokers using the platform.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify and report discrepancies or updates needed in property records.
• Maintain detailed call logs and prepare daily reports on activities.

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi required, English proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Capacity to comfortably make 80 to 100 calls daily.
• Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Previous experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Exhibit a positive mindset, punctuality, and eagerness to learn and grow.
