Position Summary
The Telecaller role involves initiating outbound calls to potential and current customers to generate leads, coordinate with clients, and aid the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting prospective and existing clients.
- Explain product and service details of the company clearly to prospects.
- Generate sales leads and refer them to the sales department.
- Maintain accurate customer data by updating CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
- Handle customer queries politely and clearly.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert them into customers.
- Prepare daily as well as weekly reports based on call activities.
- Adhere to provided call scripts and uphold company communication standards.
Required Skills & Language Proficiency
- Fluent spoken Hindi and English.
- Strong command of a regional language, preferably Kannada.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Email use.
- Professional and courteous telephone manners.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 22000 INR.
