Role Overview
A Telecalling Executive is tasked with reaching out to both potential and existing clients to promote products or services, respond to customer inquiries, and facilitate sales or lead generation. This role requires handling both outbound and inbound calls, explaining offerings to customers, maintaining detailed customer records, and following up with leads to convert them into sales, all while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls and take inbound calls from customers.
- Present and describe products and services effectively to clients.
- Identify potential leads and work towards converting them into sales.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and regularly follow up with prospects.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Meet or exceed specified daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic proficiency in computer use.
- Confident and positive demeanor.
- Persuasive skills to convince customers about products or services.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from 8000 to 12000 INR.
