Role Overview
The Telecalling Executive plays a crucial role in outreach efforts to potential clients, focusing on generating leads, scheduling appointments, and informing prospects about the services offered by the company. This position serves as the initial interaction point, aiding the sales team in successfully converting leads into business agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate cold calls to prospective customers promoting the company's offerings.
- Identify and develop qualified leads, arranging meetings for Business Development Executives.
- Effectively articulate the benefits and features of the services provided.
- Regularly follow up with potential clients and keep the CRM system updated with accurate client information.
- Work from the office six days a week.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer interaction roles is advantageous.
- Be self-motivated, possess a positive mindset, and show eagerness to learn.
