About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Test Analyst committed to enhancing software quality and ensuring excellent user experiences. This role involves identifying issues, validating system performance, and partnering with development teams to deliver robust products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and update detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Detect, record, and manage software defects until they are resolved.
- Verify fixes and confirm that applications meet established quality and performance benchmarks.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Generate test reports and effectively communicate results to project teams.
- Participate in automation testing efforts and continuous quality enhancement strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Familiarity with testing concepts related to web, mobile, API, and system applications.
- Exposure to automation testing tools or programming/scripting languages is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
