UX/UI Designer

Role Summary

This position for a UX/UI Designer is a contract, onsite role located in Boca Raton, FL. The designer will create user-friendly, visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Key duties include developing web banners, pages, and campaigns, closely collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams, and maintaining brand consistency across user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging interfaces and experiences supporting HairClub clients on various digital platforms.
• Create web banners, pages, and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure seamless design integration.
• Conduct user research and collect feedback to drive user-centered design improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in User Experience practices such as user research, journey mapping, and usability optimization.
• Proficiency in User Interface and Visual Design to produce clean and accessible layouts consistent with brand identity.
• Foundational knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) enabling effective collaboration with engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced skills in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to articulate design decisions and integrate stakeholder input.
• Experience designing for consumer brands or healthcare/wellness industries is advantageous.
