About The Builder Studios and Role

The Builder Studios is a collaborative group of specialized studios that serve software products and technology companies. It comprises Eli5, a software studio focused on problem-solving applications; Noco, a design-centric web studio catering to SaaS and internet businesses; and Paradigm, which offers diverse product design services. This collective works on complex projects providing tangible value to a wide-ranging clientele, including Fortune 500 firms and innovative startups.

As a freelance visual designer within the marketing team, you will produce captivating designs supporting each studio at The Builder Studios. The role is dynamic, offering opportunities to develop a broad range of skills by engaging with varied projects daily.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier visual designs aligned with brand identities and project objectives.
Create motion graphics, animated GIFs, and Lottie animations to enhance visual storytelling.
Ensure consistency and harmony across design elements reflecting the studios' goals.
Design visually compelling pitch decks to support business initiatives.
Adapt designs effectively across multiple platforms while keeping current with evolving design trends.
Manage workflows and organize design assets from conception through to final production.
Continuously stay informed on emerging design tools and trends to contribute to best practices.
Help establish and maintain design guidelines to uphold visual standards.
Utilize advanced software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects proficiently.
Communicate clearly and collaborate productively within the team environment.

Candidate Profile

Minimum of three years' experience specializing in digital visual design.
Demonstrated strong portfolio reflecting high-quality visual design expertise.
Skilled in industry-standard design tools including Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Thorough understanding of design fundamentals such as color theory, typography, and user experience principles.
Experience in photography and videography enhances candidacy.
Excellent interpersonal skills facilitating effective communication and teamwork.
Flexible and adept at managing diverse design projects.
Highly meticulous and well-organized in handling design tasks.
Proactively updated on the latest mode and design developments.
Committed to continual personal and professional growth in the design field.
