About the opportunity
Design Humans is seeking a junior-to-mid level contract UI / visual designer to help expand and refine digital product experiences for client projects. The ideal person will bring strong visual craft and be able to take an early-stage design direction and shape it into polished, scalable interface systems.
You’ll join a small team that works across both digital and physical design. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys making complex products feel clear, intentional, and carefully resolved.
The assignment is planned for 3 months, fully remote, and open to candidates located in the United States or Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Build out visual systems for product experiences inside Figma.
- Transform initial design directions into refined UI patterns, screens, and reusable components.
- Support the evolution of design system thinking within a complex SaaS product.
- Contribute to interface design across additional app and web projects when needed.
- Work closely with design leadership to develop core ideas further with strong craft and attention.
Requirements
- Strong visual design ability with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skill in turning a rough concept into a consistent, scalable product interface.
- Comfort working in systems that are still evolving rather than fully finalized.
- Experience designing for SaaS products, dashboards, or other complex digital experiences.
- Ability to design effectively for both desktop and mobile.
- A portfolio is required; applications without one will not be reviewed.
Ideal fit

This is a contract role that runs for 3 months. The position is fully remote and limited to candidates based in the US or Latin America.
