About the Role

Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a global supply chain solutions provider as a Warehouse Supervisor, based at our purpose-built Distribution Centre in Wiri - Auckland. This role involves overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure efficient distribution of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to customer restaurants. You will lead and mentor a team of warehouse operators during the PM shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm), fostering a supportive, collaborative, and safe workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiative-driven with a focus on meeting and surpassing business KPIs, alongside maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at intermediate to advanced levels.
