WL Field Engineer

Role overview

The WL Field Engineer supports customers by delivering safe, efficient, and dependable PSD services. This role focuses on improving service delivery, applying standard operating practices, and actively managing risk throughout the job lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure all job outputs are correct and completed within the required timeframe.
• Carry out service delivery at customer sites.
• Take part in job risk reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support the Design/Technical Engineer in rolling out technical programs and bids.
• Build and maintain customer relationships that help promote the company’s products and services.
• Confirm compliance with company and regulatory requirements through CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Run Service Quality Meetings with customers and use action plans to strengthen performance.
• Contribute to HSE and quality-related initiatives.
• Use the required PPE and follow all HSE procedures.
• Keep all mandatory safety training current.
• Step in to support the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers when needed.
