About the Role
HealthSearch Group is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to manage and enhance the Workday HR and Payroll platform for a reputable healthcare organization. This role involves leading the configuration, administration, and continual support of Workday systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the implementation and ongoing management of Workday HR and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT departments to collect business requirements and devise system solutions.
- Configure Workday components to maximize efficiency while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Address technical challenges, perform troubleshooting, and develop system enhancements.
- Provide training sessions, create documentation, and support end users consistently.
- Continuously monitor system health and propose improvements.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of practical experience administering Workday HR and Payroll platforms.
- In-depth expertise in Workday configuration and system administration.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously yet collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
