About the Role
An influential global investment management company is expanding and has introduced a role for a Workday Analyst within their Human Capital team located in Midtown Manhattan, New York. This position focuses on HR systems administration, employee data integrity, HR reporting, and process optimization, supporting a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Workday and related HR systems daily.
- Manage employee lifecycle events including onboarding, separations, promotions, transfers, and organizational adjustments.
- Ensure employee record accuracy and maintain data integrity across platforms.
- Prepare routine and customized reports for internal business units.
- Oversee position management and update organizational structures as needed.
- Address employee and HR team inquiries concerning systems and data.
- Support annual HR processes and audit activities.
- Participate in Workday upgrades, testing, and implementation initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT departments to enhance operational workflows.
- Contribute to special projects that align with company growth strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with hands-on Workday experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Background in HR operations, coordination, data handling, or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential data responsibly.
- Effective communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders across hierarchical levels.
- Experience supporting reporting projects, process improvements, or similar initiatives is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually.
- Eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
- Generous paid time off with 15 days PTO.

- Flexible work arrangement with four days onsite and one remote day per week.
