Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments for paid products and services on Broxer (the "Platform") are handled. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
1. All purchases are non-refundable
All payments made on the Platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to every paid product and service, including but not limited to:
- Subscriptions and plan upgrades (for any role — candidate or employer);
- One-time add-ons and credit packs (e.g. job-post credits, résumé views, CV downloads, message/BroxMail credits, profile boosts, featured listings);
- Premium features and assessments;
- Any other digital service purchased on the Platform.
Once a purchase is completed, the corresponding service, credits or access are made available to you immediately and are therefore not eligible for a refund, whether or not the purchased credits or features are fully used.
2. Why services are non-refundable
Our paid offerings are digital services that are delivered and consumable as soon as the payment is processed (for example, credits added to your wallet, a plan activated, or a feature unlocked). Because access is granted instantly, we are unable to offer refunds for unused or partially used purchases.
3. Broxcoins & rewards
Broxcoins are a free, promotional reward currency. They cannot be purchased with money and have no cash value, so they are outside the scope of refunds. Items unlocked using Broxcoins are likewise non-refundable.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not refund the current billing cycle. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Failed, duplicate or unauthorised payments
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a technical failure where the service was not delivered, or a payment you did not authorise — contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate. Where a genuine billing error is confirmed, we will correct it. This is the only circumstance in which an amount may be returned, and it is handled as a billing correction rather than a refund of a delivered service.
6. Pricing & taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes. We may change pricing from time to time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
