About the Role

PAB Learn, Lead & Grow Private Limited is seeking Academic Counselors to assist potential students by providing detailed information about educational programs and encouraging enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students regarding the various academic courses offered.
• Proactively engage with prospective candidates through phone calls to follow up on leads.
• Assess individual student needs and suggest appropriate educational programs.
• Meet established goals for admissions and enrollments.
• Accurately update and manage lead information using CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduation degree in any field.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
• Previous involvement in academic counseling, inside sales, telecalling, or education technology is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade effectively.
• Possess a confident, intelligent, and goal-oriented demeanor.
