About the Role
PAB Learn, Lead & Grow Private Limited is seeking Academic Counselors to assist potential students by providing detailed information about educational programs and encouraging enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise students regarding the various academic courses offered.
- Proactively engage with prospective candidates through phone calls to follow up on leads.
- Assess individual student needs and suggest appropriate educational programs.
- Meet established goals for admissions and enrollments.
- Accurately update and manage lead information using CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduation degree in any field.
- Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
- Previous involvement in academic counseling, inside sales, telecalling, or education technology is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade effectively.
- Possess a confident, intelligent, and goal-oriented demeanor.
