Job Overview
We are seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team in Singapore to manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) coordination drawings, ensure accuracy of shop-drawings, and support M&E project teams throughout the submission and coordination process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed coordination drawings for Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Review individual M&E shop-drawings for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update the M&E shop-drawing list systematically.
- Assist M&E project teams during the shop-drawing submission process.
- Perform clash detection exercises and resolve conflicts within models.
- Oversee model management and administrative duties relating to BIM models.
- Manage approvals concerning BIM content development specific to the project.
- Collaborate closely with coordinators to support work coordination activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a BIM Certificate is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience functioning as a BIM Modeler.
- Demonstrated practical experience using BIM tools for planning, scheduling, and design tasks.
- Proficient use of Revit MEP software.
- Formal BIM training and certification completed.
